Vínculos espaciales. Producción de arte sonoro dirigido al espacio público en el contexto latinoamericano

Resumen
El presente artículo tomó como objeto de estudio a las obras de arte sonoro dirigidas a los espacios públicos de Latinoamérica, con el objetivo de estudiar sus características y determinar si este tipo de expresiones creativas tienen la capacidad de preservar y promover rasgos de identidad transversales a la región latinoamericana, un territorio de gran complejidad y diversidad sociocultural.
Para ello, se planteó un instrumento analítico que nos permitió entender dichas producciones desde dos ámbitos: la vinculación de la obra con el espacio, clasificado como arquitectónico, social y energético, y los planteamientos estéticos que analizamos a través de narrativas que son el resultado del planteamiento y relación de una obra con un sitio determinado.
Como resultado, logramos encontrar similitudes creativas entre obras de latitudes diferentes, por lo que fue factible determinar que estas mantienen una base general sobre una identidad vinculada a la región. En concreto, determinamos que una de las principales características, presente en el análisis, fue el interés que este tipo de obras asumen por destacar aspectos propios de sus contextos a partir de los elementos sociales, ya sea desde una propuesta política o desde la concientización sobre el uso de sus espacios.
This paper took as its object of study the sound art works oriented at public spaces in Latin America, with the objective of studying their characteristics and determining whether this type of creative expressions has the ability to preserve and promote transversal identity traits to the Latin American region, a territory of big complexity and sociocultural diversity. For this, we proposed an analytical instrument that would allowed us to understand these productions from two angles: the link between the work and the space, classified as architectural, social and energetic, and the aesthetic approaches, which we analyze through narratives, resulting from the approach and relationship of a work with a specific site. As a result, we were able to find creative similarities between works from different latitudes, so it was possible to determine that they maintain a general base on an identity linked to the region. Specifically, we determined that one of the main characteristics, present in the analysis, was the interest assumed by this type of works in highlighting aspects of their contexts based on social elements, either from a political proposal or from awareness about the use of its spaces.
