Resumen
La quincuagésima tercera edición de la Revista Resonancias, dedicada a la investigación musical y publicada por el Instituto de Música de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile en diciembre de 2023, destaca por la inclusión de un dossier que conmemora el 50º aniversario del golpe de Estado en Chile. Aunque la revista declara tener carácter internacional, la pertinencia de esta sección es innegable, considerando la necesidad de recordar un evento significativo que continúa teniendo repercusiones, incluso para quienes no vivimos los dolorosos tiempos de la dictadura. Los documentos de esta edición evidencian además cómo estos acontecimientos han influido en Latinoamérica y otras lejanas regiones.
The fifty-third edition of the Resonancias Journal, dedicated to musical research and published by the Institute of Music of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile in December 2023, stands out for the inclusion of a dossier commemorating the 50th anniversary of the coup d'état in Chile. Although the journal claims to have an international character, the relevance of this section is undeniable, considering the need to remember a significant event that continues to have repercussions, even for those of us who did not live through the painful times of the dictatorship. The documents in this edition also show how these events have influenced Latin America and other distant regions.
